Job Summary
Chromehill Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles. This role requires proficiency in various accounting software and a strong understanding of financial processes to support our organization's financial health.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting and property management software such as Hopem and Quickbooks
- Have knowledge to prepare documents using Office Softwares
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial statements.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
- Conduct account analysis and account reconciliation to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
- Prepare and File monthly and quarterly GST / QST Reports
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in the preparation of budgets.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in all bookkeeping activities.
Skills
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Hopem, and Excel is essential
- Strong understanding of bank reconciliation processes and account management.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills for account analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
