Job Summary
Reports To: Management
Primary Responsibilities:
Accounting Bookkeeping and Office Admin:
- Bookkeeping - Accounting minimum 5 years experience
- Processes and maintains AP and AR, prepare internal financial reports using ERP and Sage Simply Accounting(minor)
- Process payroll ROE
- Government Tax compliance, HST, EHT, WSIB, and others
- Administrator of health benefits plan
- Assist office staff in customer service
- Completes timely filing of reports
- Maintains customer records by updating account information
- Management support Must be efficient in ERP Soft ware, Simply Accounting, Excel, and Microsoft Office
- Accounting training required, College, University or other
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
