Job description
-Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using computerized bookkeeping systems
-Post journal entries and process bank reconciliations
-looking for someone with a strong technology background
-Set up and maintain vendor/customer accounts
-Reconcile accounts and respond to customer/vendor requests
-Verify invoices against purchase orders and process accounts payable
-Track and submit claims for co-op advertising
-general computer work and other assigned duties
Qualifications
-Attention to detail, organization and accuracy
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment
-Positive approach when working with vendors, customers and co-workers
-Able to meet tight deadlines & work under pressure
-Accounting software
-MS Excel, Work, Outlook, Spruce Point of Sale & Accounting Software
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $52,000.00-$72,800.00 per year
