Job Overview:
We are hiring a Bilingual Customer Technical Support Specialist to provide first-line support for hardware and networking devices. This position requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, fluency in both English and French, and the ability to deliver a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and web
- Troubleshoot network and device issues remotely
- Escalate unresolved technical problems
- Maintain logs of interactions and solutions
- Assist with documentation and knowledge sharing
- Provide basic internal IT support when needed
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education (Computer Science or Networking preferred)
- Experience in technical support or networking
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, SOHO/SMB networks
- Fluent in English and French (written and verbal)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Prior call center or tech support experience preferred
- Eligible to work in Canada
