This is a *hybrid* position, which means you will need to be in the office 3 days a week. Our offices are located in Guelph, ON.
Main Activities
- Provide Customer Service through processing orders accurately, requests for product inquiries, price quotations, contracts, returns and cancellations in a timely and professional manner
- Provide constant communication with customers, sales representatives, and intercompany personnel via phone, email, text and webchat
- Use various computer programs (SAP, Genesys, etc.) in order to preform daily functions
- Adhere to procedures, processes, and policies as per TIGER and ISO standards
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years’ experience working in Customer Experience
- French is a must
- English is a must
- Excellent customer service/interpersonal skills
- Pleasant and professional phone etiquette
- Excellent organizational skills and a proven ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- SAP knowledge an asset
Salary range: 56,000 - 66,000 CAD based on experience and skillset.
