Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in our restaurant's atmosphere, serving drinks and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and delivering beverages promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies; assist in ordering as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food handling and alcohol service.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system; process payments efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks.
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers while maintaining quality service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and the food industry is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
- Familiarity with POS systems for processing orders efficiently.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
