In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone to generate leads, set appointments, and promote our products or services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
Job Duties:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of the company’s services.
- Qualify leads and gather key information to determine potential interest.
- Set appointments or transfer interested leads to sales representatives or account managers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and customer information in the CRM.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Handle objections and questions confidently and professionally.
- Follow up with prospects as needed.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in B2B outbound calling.
- Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a related sales role (preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.

Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour
