We're growing, and we’re looking for a leader who brings high standards, structure, and a keen eye for detail to every aspect of the job.
This is a high-impact position for someone who thrives on organization, clear communication, and team leadership — and who takes pride in creating a smooth, well-run operation from front counter to back shop.

- Review technician notes and digital inspections to build detailed, accurate estimates
- Price out parts and labour using OEM data, labour guides, and our shop pricing structure
- Clearly explain repairs to clients in plain language and support informed decision-making
- Book appointments, authorize work, and keep clients updated through the service process

- Previous leadership or management experience is a strong asset
- Excellent communicator — confident speaking with clients and technicians alike
- Organized, detail-focused, and comfortable with fast-paced decision-making
- Familiar with Tekmetric, Shop Genie, or similar platforms
- Legal right to work in Canada and valid BC driver’s license
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary + performance bonus
