Responsibilities
- Communicate with adjustors regularly and customer to keep them updated on completion of job regularly.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure have an understanding of repair timelines to communicate with the customer and adjustors.
- Ensure that vehicles and schduled according to the shop schedule.
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, repairs, and customer interactions.
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel and taking messages as needed.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Handle clerical duties such as filing documents, organizing office supplies, and maintaining the front desk area.
- Assist with customer support inquiries, providing information and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.
Qualifications:
- Prefer to have someone who have worked in Autobody/ Collision Shop.
- Worked with SGI Claims.
- Worked with Mitchell connect and MItchell one.
Candidates who have worked in a shop dealt with SGI Claims will get considered.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
