Dented Paintless Repairs Inc. is growing fast, and we’re looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Driver & Shop Hand. This is a great entry-level role for someone who enjoys working with vehicles, takes pride in a job well done, and wants to learn and grow with a high-performance team.

What You’ll Do:
As a Driver & Shop Hand, you’ll play a key role in keeping the shop running smoothly and ensuring vehicles are safely transported.
Safely transport vehicles between customers, partner shops, and calibration centres
Maintain the shop’s cleanliness and organization
Assist technicians with prep work and basic tasks
Help with inventory, parts runs, and light vehicle prep
Interact with customers and partners in a professional, friendly manner
Support whatever’s needed to keep the day moving smoothly

What We’re Looking For:
Valid driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Punctual, trustworthy, and motivated
Comfortable working on your feet and around vehicles
Able to work independently and take initiative
Good communicator with a strong customer service mindset
Basic mechanical or vehicle knowledge is an asset, not a requirement
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience in an auto body or repair shop
A passion for cars and learning new trades
