We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive services, ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry to service completion. Your expertise in automotive repair and exceptional customer service skills will help us maintain our reputation for quality and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their automotive service needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs needed, utilizing your mechanical knowledge.
- Manage service appointments, ensuring timely follow-ups and clear communication with customers.
- Upsell additional services and products based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and efficient service delivery.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction with services provided.
Qualifications
- Previous dealership experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive repair is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with a proven track record in sales.
- Ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining customer trust.
- Experience with cash handling procedures and financial transactions.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
