CityPlace Condominium Property Management is seeking a candidate to fill the role of an amenity coordinator. We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong communication and time management skills to join our team.
Location: CityPlace, Toronto, Ontario (Fort York & Bathurst)
Shifts: Weekdays / Weekends / Morning / Evening

* Students are welcome but will need to be flexible for 2-3 shifts per week.
General duties and responsibilities:
- Assist residents with booking requests, inquiries about the amenities, and proactively address concerns.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Manage reservations and class registrations through the reservation portal.
- Perform thorough pre-inspections and post-inspections for certain amenities.
- Conduct the daily pool and spa maintenance tests. Staff will be trained on how to conduct basic balancing during test hours.
- Conduct regular rounds of the amenities, perform light clean up, and report on matters that may require follow-up from the site supervisor.
- Oversee the proper use of the amenity facilities and ensure its compliance with the company’s procedures, condominium policies and Ontario by-law regulations.
- Liaison between building management, residents, contractors and other staff where necessary.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Position requirements:
- Excellent punctuality and time management.
- Customer service oriented – understand how to communicate with different audiences efficiently and professionally.
- Computer literate and knowledge of general office software such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, and calendar applications is a must.
- General troubleshooting knowledge of electronic media devices.
- Fluent English. Additional languages are always considered a valuable asset.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.20 per hour
