Your main tasks will be, in addition to those of an agent :
- Manage and plan team absences (vacation and other) via ADP
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team
- Train and integrate new employees.
- Review performance indicators (KPIs) for the team.
- Guide and support team members through operational crises, ensuring issues are dealt with effectively.
What we're looking for:
- You are bilingual in French and English, to be able to communicate with future colleagues and customers based throughout Canada and the world.
- You have a strong background in air export, with an extensive network of industry contacts and proven experience in managing specialized shipments, including dangerous goods and urgent shipments, such as AOG (Aircraft on Ground) and exhibition freight.
- You are resilient, with the ability to remain adaptable, calm and efficient under pressure. You have a proven ability to guide teams through challenges with consistency and clarity, maintaining a positive and motivating environment, even in times of uncertainty.
- You are proactive, able to anticipate needs, solve problems quickly and take initiatives to ensure business continuity.
