- Must speak Mandarin or Cantonese
- One Air Freight Operations experience is highly preferred, any Seafreight experience is a plus
- Basic understanding of logistics concept and supply chain management
- Work with the vendors to fulfill logistics needs of customers
- Create shipping orders and manage all documents to accompany shipment during transit
- Ability to organize and manage shipments via road, sea, and air
- High degree of organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Familiar with Canadian air, road, and rail transportation carriers, especially air networks
- Preparation, adherence, and maintenance of client Standard Operating Procedures.
- Shipment confirmations to ensure all deliveries take place within the transit requirements.
- Work in flexible hours and days of the week to accommodate customers’ needs
- Ensure data integrity & data quality into the Transportation Management System.
- Other duties assigned within the department from time to time.
- Highly Skilled with transportation software
- Able to set up or improve shipping processes
- Speaking Cantonese and/or Mandarina is mandatory
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
