Impact Freight Services is looking for Afterhours Dispatcher to join their Operations Team.
Responsibilities will include-
- Enter load tenders
- Responds to all enquiries via email or phone in a timely and professional manner
- Keeps customers informed of all the updates regarding shipments
- Monitor and follow up on pickups and deliveries that happen during their shift
- Report any delays / discrepancy in case counts etc. to customers
- Ensure that delivery times and schedules are met based on customer booking details
- Dispatch drivers as assigned by Operations
- Developing and maintaining good working relationship with Drivers
- Prepare custom documents
- Other duties as required
Qualifications-
- Proven team player
- Attention to details
- Strong problem solving skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Dispatch/Customer Service in Trucking Industry is required
- Can provide LMIA
