Custom Team and Corporate Apparel Coordinator
The Hockey Shop Source for Sports is looking to grow our Team Sales Department with an additional Full-time Custom Team and Corporate Apparel Coordinator. Our Team Sales Department outfits teams, associations, and businesses in branded apparel/equipment for clients around the world. You will work closely with a small team of dedicated staff who love working with people to make clients the best custom apparel and gear for their needs.

We made a name for ourselves offering exceptional customer service and selection, and long story short, we still do. What began as a local pro-shop has become an international hockey superstore.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist with inquiries in the in-store Team Sales area.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering tailored recommendations for customer apparel and equipment needs.
- Guide customers through the customization process, including selecting designs, materials, colors, and logo placements.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring any issues are resolved quickly and satisfactorily.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including teams, associations, and corporate customers, to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address order delays or production challenges.
- Organize and conduct in-person or virtual consultations and fittings for teams and organizations.
- Represent the company at events, trade shows, or team gatherings to showcase products and services.
- Provide customers with information on garment care, order timelines, and customization processes to set clear expectations.
Additional Duties:
- Plan and execute in-person team apparel fittings or coordinate sample sets for larger organizations.
- Order and manage samples and merchandise for the Team Sales Department.
- Keep the Team Sales area clean and organized, ensuring samples are properly displayed or stored.
- Assist in the apparel production room with tasks such as debagging, weeding/masking vinyl, heat pressing, sorting, and folding
Qualifications:
- Experience in team, corporate, or sporting goods sales, and/or graphic design is an asset.
- Excellent computer skills and strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Familiarity with hockey or other team sports is beneficial.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Requirements:
- A valid Class 5 driver's license is preferred
- Availability to work Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (40 hours/week).
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends during busy periods, such as team apparel fittings.
Compensation:
- Starting wage: $20.00-$24.00 per hour, based on experience and knowledge.
