Position Details
Working under the supervision of the Jarislowsky Chair in Trust and Political Leadership during her tenure as the Chair of the Network of Jarislowsky Chairs, this position will be a one-year, half-time position, beginning approximately September 2025.

- Developing, coordinating, and managing workflows among Chairs
- Record-keeping and file management
- Project management and support
- Communications (website and social media) and marketing and promotion support
- Financial administration and support
- Liaising with relevant stakeholders.
Position Qualifications
The successful candidate will:
- Have an Office Administration or comparable diploma.
- Have at least 5 years experience working in a post-secondary setting.
- Possess excellent organizational, communication, and computing skills.
- Be willing to take initiative and have the ability to work independently, on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Be attentive to detail and norms of professionalism.
- Have experience with budgeting and communications.
- Familiarity with University of Lethbridge programs and systems will be considered an asset.
- Bilingualism (French and English) will be considered an asset.
