We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized assistant to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of the practice.
Duties
- Maintain accurate records of client meetings and communications.
- Ensure compliance (paperwork) with regulatory requirements.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for client meetings.
- Assist investment advisors in managing prospecting activities and managing existing clients.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in English & French.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis and data entry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
