We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, communicate with clients and answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining organized records and files.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.
- Provide client support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate office supplies and inventory management to ensure the office runs smoothly.
- Support administrative tasks including clerical duties, correspondence, and document preparation.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Assist in planning and scheduling meetings and site visits for management and team members.
- Assist management and team members in writing reports, computer filing and proofreading.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is an asset but not mandatory.
- Proficient in computer software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail is essential for maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Ability to work on a large number of projects at the same time is essential.
