Go Top Shelf is looking for a local Office Assistant who can also assist with project management and some client communication.
We need someone to help with general office tasks and organization, as well as miscellaneous other tasks to help the rest of the team. Our projects are mostly website builds and digital marketing, and often follow the similar templates each time. The project management component is mostly keeping things organized, making sure the team has what they need and communicating with the team and our clients.
This will be a part time salaried position to start, but the right person would progress to full time within 6 months - if they want to. If you're interested in progressing into a role in digital marketing, please mention that in your application, as that is quite possibly an option.
Your primary role will be to:
- Assist with general team and office tasks.
- Liaise with clients as needed.
- Create internal documentation, for processes, some HR work.
- Organize open projects and help to ensure timely and accurate work from the team.
- Manage and order office supplies.
- Potentially some accounting/bookkeeping responsibilities.
- Other responsibilities as needed/identified.
