We are currently hiring experienced Stone Countertop and tile and cabinet installation team members and lead, preferably with strong familiarity with the cabinet or stone industry. This candidate will be required to perform in a variety of on-site work environments, lifting and installing heavy granite materials.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Perform and complete installation of on-site Granite, Quartz, and Stone/Solid surface countertops and cabinets.
· Travel to job sites to correctly install solid surfaces. These homes may be currently occupied or under construction.
· Handle service requests, for any issues pertaining to the Installation.
· Remove Existing Countertops in a clean manner
· Respond to customer inquiries and/or concerns while on site.
· Leave Sites Clean
· Manage large pieces of stone Granite, Marble, and Quartz
· Must have knowledge on how to level out counters/seams, and cut & polish on-site, when needed.
· Assess situations and find quick and efficient solutions
· Read drawing templates to determine the work required
Core Competencies:
· 5 -year experience installing solid surfaces , stone or tile or cabinets preferred
· Experience working in a fast-paced environment
· Manage and complete a daily, weekly, and monthly task schedule
· Driver’s License in good standing order
· Problem-Solving Skills and Good Communication are a must.

Transportation/Travel Information:
Valid driver's license preferred

- Ensure quality workmanship and attention to detail in all installations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a carpenter or maintenance person preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design plans
- Proficiency in various flooring installation techniques, including tile laying, carpet stretching, and hardwood installation
- Knowledge of proper caulking techniques for sealing gaps and joints
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects as required
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in flooring installation

Team Lead Duties
- Supervise and coordinate installation projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
- Use caulking techniques to seal joints and gaps for a professional finish.
- Ensure all installations are plumb and level, adhering to industry standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications and requirements.
- Restore and maintain existing installations as needed, ensuring customer satisfaction with completed work.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and effective communication throughout the project.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior installers, fostering skill development within the team.
Skills
- Proficient in installation techniques with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong knowledge of caulking methods and materials.
- Experience with drywall installation and finishing processes.
- Skilled in construction painting techniques for a polished final look.
- Competence in reading blueprints and understanding technical drawings.
- Familiarity with welding processes is a plus but not required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot on-site issues effectively.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to manage a team effectively.
