Job Summary
Octa Stone Inc. is a leading provider of high-quality stone countertops for residential and commercial projects. We specialize in custom fabrication and installation of granite, marble, quartz, and other natural stone surfaces. We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented Stone Countertop Installers/Fabricators to join our team and help us deliver exceptional products to our clients.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of stone countertops and other related products, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. This role requires attention to detail, technical expertise, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
- Install products according to specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct site assessments to determine installation requirements and challenges.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as they arise.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns during the installation process.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in installation or a related field is required.
- Ability to site measure and produce production drawings is preferred.
- Strong fabrication skill, which is a pre-condition for a skilled installer, is desired.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license.
