Data Entry Clerk

Currently we're seeking a Data Entry and Administrative Clerk to join our team. Candidate must be a bright outgoing person who is willing to assist in all areas of our business to facilitate the effective operation and function of the work area with limited guidance. Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities & check output
Entered customer & account data by inputting text based & numerical information
Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
Entered accurate and complete data into our CRM systems
Must ensure accuracy & timeliness of data management
Apply data program and techniques and procedures
Generate Spreadsheets and create sales reports

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proficient skills with MS Office and excellent data entry skills
Ability to multi task and prioritise in a high pressure environment
Ability to work as part of our team and make decisions
Ability to diversify and adapt to specific software
High standard of accuracy & attention to detail
Excellent phone and communication skills
High standard of presentation
Punctual and reliable

Contract length: 6 months

Part-time hours: 25 per week

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Salary: $24.00-$31.00 per hour
