Data Entry Clerk – Flexible hours available!
Do you enjoy data entry and find satisfaction in getting the details right? We‘re looking for a Data Entry Clerk to support our busy Accounts Payable team in our Penticton office. If you have data entry experience and thrive in a structured role, this could be a great fit for you.
Your day will involve receiving invoices and inputting data into our systems following specific formats – always verifying that everything entered is complete and correct. You’ll also communicate with vendors and internal team members to clarify or confirm information when needed.
Your Day-to-Day Tasks will Include:
- Entering accounts payable data into our system with speed and accuracy
- Receiving and registering documents for processing
- Storing and maintaining data in organized digital formats

The full-time salary for this role ranges from $45,000 to $55,000 per year depending on level of experience.
