Your Contribution
As a Warehouse and Data Entry Clerk, you will play a key role in measuring and inspecting AADL Recycle equipment and inputting the equipment specifications into our computer systems. You will also provide mechanical and technical support, and help with the repair, maintenance, and setup of recyclable equipment. A day in the life of a Warehouse and Data Entry Clerk includes:
· Recording and inputting detailed equipment measurements & specifications for all incoming recycle program equipment.
· Determining whether equipment is still viable for use by the AADL recycle program or if it should be designated for donation or other uses.
· Preparing estimates for manual and battery-powered patient handling lifts.
· Preparing equipment, including cleaning and disinfecting, and completing repairs and setups.
Your Qualifications
· Computer skills including typing proficiency and MS Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
· Capable of maintaining a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information.
· Mechanical and electronic aptitude.
· Working knowledge of various hand tools and digital multimeters.
· Knowledge of fasteners, metric and standard threads.
· Strong troubleshooting skills.
· Time management capabilities and flexibility.
· The ability to sit, stand, and walk for long periods, and lift and move objects up to 70 lbs.
· Customer service experience is considered an asset.
· Product knowledge is considered an asset.
· Clean driver's abstract.
