- Labourers who can take direction and move quick
- Trades who know what they’re doing (drywall, flooring, framing, concrete, etc.)
- People who want to grow into leads (if you’ve got the mindset for it)
- Anyone with a good attitude and is willing to put in the work
We’re not extremely picky about:
- Resumes
- Fancy titles
- How long you’ve been in the game
We do care about:
- Showing up on time
- Standing by your word
- Being respectful on-site
- Actually giving a sh*t about the work
- Maintaining a positive mentality
