Your Opportunity:

Alberta Precision Laboratories (APL) is currently seeking an Administrative Support II to provide exceptional customer service to enhance the patient experience in the Patient Service Centres. The Administrative Support II is responsible for performing a variety of duties including but not limited to: greeting and triaging patients, screening patients for COVID risk, ensuring compliance with COVID 19 protocols, providing PPE to patients, management of lines waiting to enter the patient service centers, receiving drop off samples and general administrative duties. As an Administrative Support II, you will require administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience, courses or training in customer service. Experience, courses, or training in providing direction with confidence and empathy.
