Your Opportunity:
Reporting to the 3A Ambulatory Medical Specialty Clinic Manager, the Admin Support III (ASIII) provides administrative support to programs within the 3A Medicine Clinic, including Infectious Disease, Hepatitis Support, the Northern Alberta Program, RAPPORT, and Rheumatology. This frontline position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, discretion, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team is essential. Primary duties include patient registration, schedule appointments, manage multi-line phone systems, greeting and directing visitors, maintaining accurate electronic records, and resolving service-related concerns.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Connect Care. Current BCLS- HCP certification with physical ability to perform CPR on adults. Minimum one year Admin Support experience in Ambulatory or Outpatient clinics.
