Precision Properties Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Bookkeeper / Office Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys balancing numbers, and excels in keeping operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Process payroll and ensure timely tax filings
- Maintain general ledger and financial records
- Assist with month-end and year-end close
- Generate financial reports as needed
Office Administration:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations
- Maintain filing systems (digital and paper)
- Manage office supply inventory and vendor coordination
- Answer phones, emails, and greet visitors
- Support management with administrative tasks and projects
- Assist in HR-related administrative tasks (onboarding, record-keeping)
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar administrative role
- Proficiency in Sage (Online or Desktop), Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
