Summary
We are looking for a Viennoiserie Baker to join our pastry team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation and baking of laminated dough products such as croissants, pains au chocolat, danishes, and seasonal specialties. Experience in dough lamination, fermentation, and traditional French techniques is required.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of artisanal croissants
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role in a bakery in Europe or Canada
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with food preparation
