Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of pastries, tarts, cakes, cookies, and specialty baked goods from scratch.
- Follow and execute existing recipes while contributing new ideas for seasonal offerings.
- Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation.
- Manage production schedules to ensure fresh daily stock and timely preparation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the baking team to streamline workflow and support team success.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of professional pastry baking experience in a commercial kitchen or bakery.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
