What You'll Do: The Role & Responsibilities
- Be a Student Champion: Use your sales and communication skills to recruit prospective students, guiding them toward the ideal program, admissions procedures, eligibility, costs, and financial support
- Work Your Social Magic: Actively engage with potential leads on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Create engaging posts, respond promptly to inquiries, and build excitement about our programs.
- Connect and Communicate: Follow up with prospective students via warm and cold calls, live chats, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Hit Your Goals: Achieve enrollment sales quotas set by the college with a proactive, results-driven approach.
- Represent ABM: Participate in recruitment events, open houses, and career fairs, sharing the amazing opportunities we offer.
- Record keeping: Maintain a database of student information, telephone logs, and student feedback to generate student reports for management.
- Team Collaboration: Support various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications & Requirements:
- A self-starter with a passion for providing a top-tier sales experience.
- Proven ability to achieve enrollment or sales quotas.
- Experience in social media marketing, specifically with lead generation and posting on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a post-secondary institution is a definite asset.
- Advanced knowledge of the admissions process within a post-secondary environment is a plus.

Education:

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift
