About the Role
We’re looking for a part-time Social Media Coordinator to help execute our organic social strategy across LinkedIn and Reddit. You’ll play a key role in increasing our visibility with ideal customers, building community, and driving traffic through thoughtful content and engagement. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, automation, and reporting-with room to grow into new platforms and creative formats.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career with a passion for excellence who wants to thrive in building an expanded social presence for the company.
Responsibilities
LinkedIn (Company + Leadership Amplification)
- Schedule and publish 3-4 posts/week from the company page
- Draft 2-3 posts/week for executives/SMEs using a storytelling framework
- Create short-form videos (30-90s) from demos, webinars, or customer clips
- Design and test LinkedIn carousels, polls, and documents
- Maintain an evergreen content calendar (case studies, testimonials, blogs)
- Track engagement metrics and report weekly insights
Reddit (Community Engagement + Content Repurposing)
- Identify and monitor 3–5 target subreddits
- Engage with community via comments (3-5/week) and educational posts (1/week)
- Repackage blog content into native Reddit formats (guides, checklists)
- Coordinate quarterly AMAs with SMEs or execs
- Monitor brand/product mentions and trending topics for timely engagement
Automation + Reporting
- Use n8n (or similar tools) to automate content queueing, competitor monitoring, and engagement tracking
- Maintain reporting dashboards (Salesforce)
- Deliver monthly insights reports on engagement, traffic, and influenced leads
Long-Form Content Support
- Assist in drafting or repurposing long-form content (e.g., blog posts, guides, AMA recaps)
- Collaborate with content and SEO teams to align social posts with broader content strategy
Future Platform Expansion
- Help research and pilot content strategies for Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
- Support video-first storytelling and community-building on emerging platforms
- Assist in repurposing existing content into platform-native formats (e.g., Reels, Shorts, Stories)
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in social media marketing (B2B preferred)
- Strong writing skills with a knack for storytelling and tone adaptation
- Experience creating both short-form and long-form content
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and Reddit best practices
- Comfortable with light automation tools (n8n, Zapier, etc.)
- Basic video editing skills (e.g. CapCut)
- Experience with reporting tools (Salesforce)
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS or IT Industries
- Familiarity with ICP-driven content strategies
- Reddit community management experience
- Interest in growing into multi-platform social strategy (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok)
