WHO YOU ARE
- Operational Expert: With 5+ years of experience in sales operations or revenue operations, particularly in the CPG industry, you have a track record of creating and managing efficient processes that enhance team productivity and revenue outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Systems & Tools Optimization
- Support the implementation and management of sales systems and tools to enhance team productivity and scalability.
- Collaborate with IT and vendors to maintain and improve CRM and related platforms.
- Train teams on effective use of sales tools and ensure smooth adoption across the organization.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Use Power BI and Excel to build dashboards and reports that provide insights into sales performance, funnel progression, inventory levels, and DSD depletion rates.
- Monitor key sales metrics and generate weekly and monthly reporting that highlights risks, opportunities, and regional trends.
- Support the development and maintenance of revenue forecasting tools integrating internal shipments, Karma VIP, distributor data, and retail sales.
- CRM Management
- Oversee day-to-day management of the CRM platform (e.g., NetSuite, Pipedrive), ensuring accurate data and effective workflows.
- Define and enforce CRM processes, workflows, and reporting standards.
- Improve CRM functionality and user experience to meet business objectives.
- Revenue Forecasting & Planning
- Support revenue forecasting initiatives in collaboration with finance and sales teams.
- Ensure alignment of revenue projections with business goals and provide market insights to inform adjustments.
- Process Improvement & Team Alignment
- Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and develop solutions to optimize performance.
- Enhance cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, and operations to maximize efficiency and revenue generation.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or related roles, preferably within high-growth CPG, technology, or related industries.
- Demonstrated ownership of CRM platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Pipedrive) — including implementation, customization, integration, and team-wide adoption.
- Advanced skills in Power BI (or similar tools like Tableau and Excel), with a track record of building end-to-end reporting systems, dashboards, and forecast models that drive decision-making.
- Proven ability to design and manage scalable sales operations processes aligned with organizational goals.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills to influence cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
