Why Join Us?
At ByNature, we believe in growing talent from within. As an Operations & Logistics Assistant, you’ll begin with hands-on experience in our warehouse and occasionally join our installation team. Within approximately 8 months, you'll have the opportunity to transition into the role of Operations Manager, taking a leadership position as the company continues to expand.
Throughout this journey, you’ll work with our diverse line of biophilic products—preserved moss, living walls, planters, and more—that help bring nature indoors. You’ll contribute to transforming commercial and residential interiors into healthier, more inspiring spaces across Canada and beyond.
About ByNature
At ByNature, we strive to connect people with nature by offering products and services that bring interiors to life and enhance well-being. Since 2012, we’ve grown steadily, with offices in Vancouver, Toronto, Québec, and a team of 30+ designers, project managers, horticulturists, and production assistants who share a passion for plants and biophilic design.
We’re looking for someone who shares our vision and is ready to be part of a growing team at our Toronto location.
About the Role
We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Operations & Logistics Assistant to join our Toronto team. In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day flow of warehouse operations - managing order prep, packing, shipping, and coordinating with the production team.
You’ll work closely with our Chief Operating Officer to learn logistics systems and operational workflows, preparing you for a seamless transition into the Operations Manager role.
This is a hands-on, growth-focused role for someone eager to lead and improve processes as part of a creative, mission-driven company.
