Eganridge Resort is home to two restaurants, "The Dining Room" and "Stables Sports Bar & Patio"; as well as numerous Weddings, Social and Corporate Events. The Restaurant & Events Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of The Dining Room and the planning and execution of Events (Weddings, Corporate, and Social).
Responsibilities include:
- Management and training of service staff
- Oversight of service delivery
- Assisting with Ordering and inventory management
- Marketing, Promotion and Social Media for The Dining Room
- Leading Execution of Large and Small Scale Events
- Setup & Teardown of Events
- Provide support to other areas of the resort as necessary.
A highly flexible schedule is required. This is a hospitality role which regularly means working evenings and weekends. Weekend days off will be rare and limited.
The ideal candidate will have experience in both a restaurant management capacity, and with private events / weddings.
