We are looking for a Real Estate Legal Assistant in Vaughan. This full-time, hybrid role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a transaction-driven environment and enjoys managing documentation, coordinating closings, and providing comprehensive administrative support.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Scheduling client meetings and gathering required documents and productions
- Preparing and organizing closing documentation for review and execution
- Coordinating the signing and return of documents from clients and third parties
- Requisitioning and posting disbursements, and notifying finance for payment
- Assisting finance with managing subscriptions and accounts
- Preparing and delivering final reports to clients and stakeholders
- Providing administrative assistance to lawyers, clerks, and other team members
- Handling all physical mailing, printing, faxing, and courier arrangements
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency
What You Bring to the Table
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a legal assistant, preferably in real estate
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Self-motivated team player with a professional, client-service-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with legal or transaction management systems is an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
