Requirements:
- Completed 4 -5 of OREA courses in Humber College
- Fluent in Farsi, Cantonese & Mandarin
- Valid Driver's License
- Experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft, follow-up Boss
- Exceptional Phone Skills, Highly Organized
Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist in the negotiation process by preparing necessary documents.
- Manage property listings, including updating market information and ensuring accuracy across platforms.
- Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings while maintaining an organized calendar.
- Support property management tasks, including tenant communications, lease administration, and maintenance requests.
- Maintain organized files and records of transactions, communications, and client interactions.
Experience
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in office software ( Microsoft Office Suite).
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
