Join the West Edmonton Mall HR team! We’re looking for a Payroll Administrator to process accurate and timely bi-weekly payroll for WEM, Fantasyland Hotel, and related properties. You’ll support payroll operations across multiple business units, ensure compliance, and provide top-notch service to our team members.
What You’ll Do:
- Process in-house payroll and maintain employee records
- Manage ROEs, final pay, time off, and one-time payments
- Support benefits updates and respond to employee inquiries
- Assist with payroll reports and other projects
- 3–5 years of payroll experience
- PCP certification (or in progress)
- Strong knowledge of Alberta employment standards
- Dayforce experience a plus
- Attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
- Participate in our 4-day work week program
