Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our Naturopathic Medicine clinic, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. This position involves clerical responsibilities, making it essential for the candidate to possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assist with front desk operations, including greeting patients and managing appointments.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date patient records.
- Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and provide information to patients.
- Support clinic staff during by ensuring the treatment area is clean and organized.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing patient inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain inventory of supplements and assist with ordering when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office environment.
- Help maintain a calm, organized, and welcoming environment.
Experience
- Familiarity with computerized systems for data entry and record management is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a friendly demeanor and professionalism when interacting with patients.
- Experience with clerical duties such as filing, scheduling, and managing office communications is advantageous.
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable using technology
- Flexible and self-motivated with a willingness to learn
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
- Preferably lives in Oakville or Burlington
