Located in Windermere, we work collaboratively with surgeons in a unique facility outside the hospital setting, offering expert hand therapy, physiotherapy, and custom splints. Our mission is to restore function and empower patients to take on the world with confidence.
We’re seeking a motivated and organized Clinic Administrator Team Lead to oversee day-to-day operations and help cultivate a high-functioning clinic environment that supports both patients and staff.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor administrative staff, fostering collaboration and accountability
- Manage patient scheduling, records, and billing with precision and care
- Monitor clinic workflow to ensure efficiency and excellent patient experiences
- Liaise with physiotherapists, vendors, and external partners
- Generate reports & track metrics

- Proven experience in healthcare administration, ideally within a clinic setting
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Exceptional communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
- Comfort with EMR systems and basic accounting practices
