the role:
Reporting directly to Administration Supervisor, Access Solutions the Operations Administrator will perform high - volume data entry, assist in the preparation of routine reports and will be accountable for various general administrative duties; i.e. filling, photocopying and scanning documents, sending emails and entering field tickets. The successful candidate will possess strong typing skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills. The successful candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to learn and be open to taking on a new task as required.
what you'll be doing:
- Provide administrative support to managers, supervisors, and staff within the organization
- Processing Field Tickets
- Assist field staff with administrative duties
- Filing, scanning and organization of all daily field tickets; and
- Additional and alternative duties that may be changed from time-to-time by the Employer.
what we're looking for:
- 2 – 5 years of relevant industry experience would be considered an asset
- Strong communication skills, good organizational skills
- Creative problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
- Developed computer skills with strong knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Ability to work within a team environment
