As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and highly dependable Administrative Assistant to support our operations.
About the Role
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant who can work independently, stay organized, and follow through on tasks until they are fully completed. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be comfortable managing multiple priorities, and be proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar). This is a role for someone who thrives on structure, loves checking things off a list, and takes pride in delivering accurate, on-time work.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize documents, spreadsheets, and shared drives in Google Workspace
- Track, schedule, and follow up on ongoing projects to ensure deadlines are met
- Draft, edit, and send professional emails and correspondence
- Maintain calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and site visits
- Support property operations with administrative tasks such as:
- Preparing lease documents and tenant communications
- Updating property and maintenance records
- Coordinating with vendors and service providers
- Organize digital and physical filing systems
- Prepare simple reports and summaries from data provided
- Handle other administrative duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Proven administrative or office experience (real estate or property management experience is an asset)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and follow through until completion
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive, Gmail)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Problem-solving mindset — proactive in finding solutions
- Comfortable handling confidential information

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.25-$22.25 per hour
