Responsibilities

- Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks and financial record management.
- Operate office equipment, including phone systems and computers, to facilitate efficient workflow.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication across departments.
- Support the duties as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
- Utilize Google Suite applications for document creation, data management, and communication.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a clerk or in an administrative role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing excellent support to clients.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
- Proficient in using computer systems and office software, particularly Google Suite.
- Excellent proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
