The Comox Valley Recovery Centre is an all male residential live in Supportive Recovery Centre that has been in operation since 1976. We are an abstinence based facility that offers our clients a variety of recovery options.
We are presently looking for an Office Assistant, schedule is Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm with flexibility
Duties Include but are not limited to:
- Answering all incoming calls, forwarding messages to appropriate personnel
- Help with navigating potential clients through the admissions process
- Coordinate with Administrator all incoming clients; including booking and application approvals
- Opening/Closing Client Files
- Intake procedures
- Maintaining daily logs
- Accounts payable/receivable
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 Education
- 1+ years of recent office experience
- 1+ years experience working with adults with mental health and substance use issues.
