We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrator/Bookkeeper to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records and support the bookkeeping department with various accounting tasks. Responsibilities
- Perform account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and tracking payments.
- Conduct bank reconciliations to verify that records align with bank statements.
- Assist in payroll processing and maintain payroll records accurately.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks for data entry and reporting.
- Support budgeting activities by providing necessary financial data and analysis.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
- Prepare financial reports as needed to assist management in decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks is preferred.
- Strong skills in account analysis, account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and accounts receivable management.
- Familiarity with payroll processing and budgeting practices is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with colleagues and clients professionally.
- Previous experience in bookkeeping or a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
