Torque Wrench & Air Tool Repair Centre in Calgary looking for an Office Administrator with full bookkeeping experience and qualification.
- Must be knowledgeable in the operations of quickbooks.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Detail-oriented.
- Experience with Spire Software preferred but not required.
Tasks include:
- Shipping and receiving
- Inventory control
- Bookkeeping
- Quoting, Invoicing
- Computer work (i.e. Microsoft Excel, Word, invoicing, purchase orders, warranty claims)
- Filing
- Customer service (i.e. answering phone calls & emails)
Full-Time Permanent Position. Salary range dependent on experience.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
