We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing exceptional clerical and administrative support. This position requires strong customer service skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and following up with members
- Assist with member support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and facilitate communication within the office
- Ensuring the facility is tidy and organized daily
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members through in person conversation, email, and phone calls
- Proficiency in online operating systems
- Familiarity with standard office equipment and phone systems
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
