Strive Living Society (Strive) is seeking a caring and enthusiastic individual to join our progressive non-profit organization as a Casual Specialized Child and Youth Support Worker, working at our West Vancouver location.

Pay rate: $27.54/hour

*Some benefits have eligibility requirements of surpassing three (3) months and securing a regular position of 20hrs/week or more. The benefits and criteria may change from time to time at the discretion of Strive.

The position entails working in a two to one setting at our residential locations with individuals who are diagnosed with developmental delays, mental health, ADHD, FASD, Autism, OCD, self-harming and challenging behaviours.  These individualized settings foster opportunities to focus on behaviour management and strengthen the bond with each child in the home.
