Duties

Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in real estate or property management.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse clientele.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple clients and properties efficiently.
- Administrative experience is beneficial for handling paperwork and client records.
